We build the system your business runs on. And where you already have one, we make it work.

There are two ways in. If you have outgrown spreadsheets and have no real system, we build one — on a secure online database that belongs to you. If you have already bought an ERP and your people find it heavy going, we build on top of it rather than replacing it. Either way you end up with one set of numbers and a screen shaped for each person's actual job.

01

Custom ERP systems

The whole system, built for how your business actually works rather than configured from a template. Stock, warehouses and transfers. Purchasing, sales and pricing. Production, bills of materials and costing. Projects, timesheets and job cost. Invoicing, receipts and ageing. Approvals, payroll and leave. You take what you need and leave the rest.

The database is the point. One secure online database that belongs to you: encrypted in transit and at rest, automatic backups, role-based access so people see only their part, two-factor sign-in, and an audit trail of who changed what and when. Hosted where you choose. You get the source, and you can take it elsewhere.

02

Front-end applications over the ERP you already own

Already bought Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, or anything else with a decent API? We do not ask you to throw it away. We put a web application in front of it, shaped around your roles rather than around the ERP's menu tree: receiving, picking and stock counts for the warehouse; approvals and credit release for managers; quotes and customer history for sales; job hours for site staff.

Why it pays: training collapses to minutes, data quality goes up because the screen only allows the right thing, and your ERP is never modified — so your upgrade path stays exactly as the vendor intended it.

03

Cutting what your ERP costs to run

This is one of our solutions, not the whole practice — but it is often the one that pays for everything else. Two moves. First, licence right-sizing: most people in an ERP only read, approve, update a record or raise a quote, and on Business Central that work sits inside a $8 Team Member licence rather than an $80 Essentials one. Second, retiring the per-user add-on apps — approvals, document capture, dashboard packs, portals — by building what you actually use of them into your own front end.

Why it pays: together these usually halve the annual bill, they recur every year, and the audit that gives you your own number is free.

04

Field sales on a phone, with the invoice printed at the customer

A salesman on a route, a phone, and a small Bluetooth printer. The order is booked against live stock and that customer's real credit position, the invoice is numbered by the system at the moment of sale, and the copy the customer keeps is the same document your ERP already holds. Payment or credit terms and the delivery are recorded there and then, not written on a pad and typed up on Friday.

Why it pays: the gap between what was sold and what was recorded is where money goes missing — sales entered late or not at all, prices quietly adjusted, cash collected against invoices nobody can find, credit extended past the limit because nobody at the door could see the limit. Close that gap at the point of sale and most of it has nowhere left to happen. It also works with no signal and syncs when it finds one, because that is the condition it has to survive here. Your ERP stays the system of record; the phone is simply the door into it.

05

Integration, dashboards and AI on live data

Getting the systems you run to talk to each other — ERP, accounting, point of sale, the bank, the spreadsheet finance will not give up. Then operational dashboards on top: landed cost and margin, stock cover and shortage, credit exposure, production and facilities. Alerts that reach people where they are, including WhatsApp. And assistants that answer questions in plain language against live data, so a manager can ask rather than run a report.

Why it pays: the answer arrives before the decision has to be made.

What we also do

Alongside the five above: websites and web applications outside the ERP entirely, on a monthly care plan rather than a large project fee; point-of-sale for retail, including tills that keep trading when the internet drops; data migration off spreadsheets and legacy systems; and the hosting, backup and deployment work needed to keep all of it running.

We are not limited to an industry list — the work so far has been manufacturing and FMCG, import and distribution, engineering and contracting, medical and retail, but nothing about what we build is specific to those. We are based in Monrovia and we build for the conditions here — light pages, patchy bandwidth, phones rather than desktops, and power that comes and goes.
