Transforming Complexity into Clarity

We build ERP systems — operations, inventory, production, sales, finance and people — on a secure online database that belongs to you. And where you already run an ERP, we make it easier to use and cheaper to keep.

Your business already
has a system. It is just
spread across spreadsheets.

Stock in one workbook, sales in another, production on paper, approvals over WhatsApp, and the real numbers in somebody's head. It works until the business grows, and then it quietly stops working — usually at month end, usually expensively.

We build the system that replaces it: one secure online database, one set of numbers, and a screen shaped for each person's actual job. If you already run an ERP, we build on that rather than replacing it.

Database. Yours.

Five ways we build
the system you run
and cut what it costs.

01

Custom ERP, built from scratch

For a business that has outgrown spreadsheets and has no real system yet: one secure database and one screen per role — stock, sales, production, finance, people — designed around how your business actually works. Built for any industry; what changes is the configuration, not the code.

02

A front-end screen for every role

If you have already bought an ERP — Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, or anything with a decent API — we do not ask you to replace it. We put one clear, better-looking web screen in front of each role: picking, receiving, approvals, credit, quotes, stock counts, with the reporting managers actually read instead of the one they build by hand. Your ERP stays the system of record; people simply stop having to navigate it. Business Central is the example we have built this on.

03

Cutting what your ERP costs to run

One of our solutions, and the one that tends to pay for the rest. On Business Central we right-size licences to the work each person actually does, and retire the per-user add-on apps you stop needing — usually about half the annual bill. The arithmetic is here, and the audit that produces your own number costs nothing.

04

Field sales on a phone, with the invoice printed at the customer

A salesman on a route, a phone and a small Bluetooth printer. The order is booked against live stock and that customer's real credit position, the invoice is numbered by the system at the moment of sale, and the copy the customer keeps is the document your ERP already holds. The gap between what was sold and what was recorded is where money goes missing — close it at the point of sale and most of it has nowhere left to happen. Works with no signal and syncs when it finds one.

05

Integration, dashboards and AI on live data

Operational dashboards, landed-cost and margin engines, shortage and rationing views, WhatsApp and email alerts, and assistants that answer questions in plain language against your live ERP data — for the people who need the answer, not the report.

Your system. Your database. Built to be used.

Whether we build the system from scratch or put a front end on the one you own, the same things hold: your data lives in a database you control, each person gets a screen shaped for their job, and nothing about it depends on a good internet connection to be usable.

  • 🧭

    One screen per role

A storekeeper sees stock and counts. A supervisor sees approvals. A driver sees today's deliveries. No menus, no modules, no training week — the screen only does the job that person has.

  • 🔌

A secure database that is yours

Encrypted in transit and at rest, automatic backups, role-based access so people see only their part, two-factor sign-in, and an audit trail of who changed what. Hosted where you choose — and you can take it with you.

  • 💵

    No lock-in, no customisation debt

We build against published APIs, never by bolting code into your ERP, so upgrades stay safe. You get the source. It runs on your hosting. We would like to keep supporting it, but you are not trapped.

  • 📶

    Built for real conditions

We work in West Africa. Our front ends are built for phones, thin bandwidth and power cuts — light pages, offline-tolerant forms, and alerts that reach people on WhatsApp when they are away from a desk.

Four steps, and the first one is free

We start by understanding how the business actually runs today, and what it would be worth to change that. If the answer is "not much", we say so and you owe us nothing.

🔍
1 · Assessment
We sit with the people doing the work and map how the business runs now — where the numbers live, where they get re-keyed, where they go wrong. If you are on Business Central we audit the licences too. You get a one-page summary with a real figure attached.
🖊️
2 · Screen design
One screen per role, agreed with the people who will use it — not with a committee. You approve clickable designs, and a fixed price, before a line of production code is written.
⚙️
3 · Build and connect
The system is built on your secure database, or wired to the ERP you already own over its published API. We run it alongside the old way of working until your team trusts it.
4 · Go live and hand over
People move onto the new screens and we train them on the job, not in a classroom. Where licences can be reassigned or subscriptions cancelled, that happens at your next renewal — and the saving starts on that date.

Built, delivered, in daily use

We are a small firm in Monrovia. We would rather show you systems that run every day than claim a client list we do not have.

CASE STUDY
A container, shipment and landed-cost operations dashboard built over Dynamics 365 Business Central. Shipments and SKUs, warehouse and customer views, credit management, shortage and rationing, and a landed-cost engine that carries the cost of the goods through to the shelf — with alerts pushed to the team over WhatsApp.

Some of what we have built

Not a client logo wall — the actual software, all of it in daily use. Some built from the ground up on our own platform, some on top of an ERP the client already owned. These are samples, not a menu: we build ERP for any industry, and what is not here simply has not been asked for yet.

Container & landed-cost operations

Shipments, containers, credit, shortage and rationing over Business Central — with a landed-cost engine that carries the cost of goods through to the shelf.

Fayad Enterprise
FMCG manufacturing

Factory operations & labour costing

Shop floor, supervisor handover, maintenance and QA. Production staff never open the ERP — the app posts output, consumption and capacity journals into it for them.
